Return Policy & Limited Warranty

This Return Policy & Limited Warranty is applicable to any purchases made through the Sunshine Tape Website. 

Please follow the steps below when returning merchandise:

  1. All returns must be preauthorized, including claims against the Limited Warranty for factory defects. STP does not accept exchanges.
  2. Returns must be preauthorized within 5 business days of receipt of the goods, except for factory defects, which must be preauthorized for return within 30 days of the receipt of the goods.
  3. To request a Return Authorization (“RA”) form, please email and request an RA. We will send you an RA form by email, which you should fill out and return to us along with the original packing slip or invoice for your order and the product to be returned.
  4. You will be responsible to ship the products back to us at your own cost. Please ship the products to:

  1. Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days from the date of invoice. Returns for factory defect must be returned within 60 days from the date of the invoice.
  2. Any returns received late or without an RA form, invoice or packing list will be not be accepted.
  3. Returned items must be in the same condition as received or they will not be accepted. No credit will be issued for any items altered or not in sellable condition.
  4. Custom-made products may not be returned except for quality or design defects.
  5. STP is proud to offer a 30 day limited Warranty on our goods. In the event of a factory defect, we will gladly credit your account and/or send replacement goods following an inspection and approval by our experts. If no factory defect is found, the return will not be accepted and the product will be returned to you at your own expense. Should the goods be found to be defective, we will replace or refund the products (at our discretion), and all re-shipped replacement goods are sent FOB Hallandale Beach, FL.
